@TUIUK you’re a disgrace to your customers ! Left us on tarmac for 4 hours but because you landed 6 mins before the 3 hours was up we aren’t getting any compensation An absolute joke of an airline , you left us without our bags for 3 days as well I can’t believe the cheek of it

@TUIUK I landed in the UK at 5 after sitting on the runway for 3 and a half hours - we now have no luggage and no mention of when we will get it Sent home with no meds , clothes toiletries shoes ect
