Today is the start of #Ramadan, an important time for the Muslim community as they fast, pray and reflect with devotion. Ramadan is also the ninth month of the Islamic calendar and when the Qurʾān was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad.

Math in #Kindergarten - we talked about how 1 and 2 is the same as 3 while building silly number block characters. We went on to see what new numbers we could make by adding 1 to different numbers. "___ and 1 more is ____" fun, short, intentional and playful! @howwrdsb
