We are sick of hearing Rick Pitino doesn’t recruit Hs players. Good for him. He’s 1 coach. He last won a title in 1996. (2013 vacated🤔) He got bounced this year by a team that had all recruited HS players. 🤷🏽‍♂️Maybe he should’ve recruited them.

Adidas, Nike, UA, and Puma can send the final four teams from each of those circuits play for a national AAU title. A 16 team tournament. I’d love to see that along with other expansion games that allow ALL teams to play each other during the summer, regardless of the shoe co.

The Chicago Bulls have started the search process for their new head of basketball operations, receiving permission to interview Minnesota's Matt Lloyd, Detroit's Dennis Lindsey, Atlanta's Bryson Graham, Cleveland's Mike Gansey and San Antonio's Dave Telep, per ESPN sources. The Bulls are also expected to speak with the co-head of CAA's basketball division, Austin Brown, regarding the vacancy, sources said.

Up and down my timeline everything seems to be broken. College hoops, travel ball circuits, reffing, admission fees everything. Where did everything get lost? When $ got involved!

***AAU Coaches*** PLEASE make your rosters readily available heading into EVERY weekend that your team is playing. I know there are moving parts (unfortunately), but if you play TONIGHT surely you know your roster. It doesn't have to be a fancy graphic, just post your roster.

@CoachRohrer14 And being from a metro area or suburb of one where all the media coverage goes to, ignoring the smaller areas outside of it. Indy, South Bend, Lake County (Chicago), and Louisville area schools only represented. 92 counties in Indiana. Maybe 7-8 total represented among 13 guys.

The requirements to be an Indiana All Star is mind boggling to me. The top criteria should be the full 4 years of a players performance measured by both individual & team success. Unfortunately it seems like the top criteria is what school a player is committed to… What a joke!

If I were a 2027 High School Recruit… AAU season means limited practices. Sometimes just 1–2 per week. That’s not enough to stay in a shooting rhythm. You’ve got to get extra work in on your own. Early in the week: high volume shooting. Less contact, lock in on form, build consistency, get reps. Later in the week: game speed, game like intensity. Create shots off movement, simulate real situations, and build a scoring routine from all spots. Chase efficiency. Move around the floor. Train with purpose.
