@jacobinfante24 The average starting weight for an NFL cornerback is 192 lb which helps them not be pushed around by bigger wide receivers

Tennessee now allows the use of deadly force to protect property. "Oh, so you value your STUFF more than someone's LIFE?" I mean, if they're trying to steal from me? They've broken into my house? Yeah.

@79thAndHalas I thought so far that Ryan poles has played the draft very well. He's added to the foundational pieces of the team and drafted an excellent role player

Ryan Poles is banking on several possibilities for the upcoming season: Shemar Turner coming back healthy and breaking out Dayo being "motivated" Grady Jarrett improving upon last year dramatically Booker & Sweat forming a dynamic duo.

@ggabefootball Wow. Gross. Fuck the defense I guess? I mean, they got lucky in the first round because he fell in their lap. Now a reach for a C, a bad trade and now of all things a tight freaking end?!?!

@ggabefootball Hey Greg, do you think it's a possibility that the Bears double dip in the secondary this draft?

I still feel the ideal thing for the Bears to do trade down, especially because they didn’t get the comp picks. There are probably maybe 2 players they’d stay for and after that it would be more beneficial to trade out. Still, they need a trade partner to be able to move but he’s story says they should get plenty of offers. In 3 of the last 4 drafts, 25 has been traded, and there has been an average of 4.5 trades between picks 24-32 in the same years

@79thAndHalas LOL, the speed??? Bears bought the land in 2023. The SF extension was 2003, something should've been figured out then. 3-23 years is not speed.

@IrishBearsShow If you have a lack of sack production in college isn't that probably going to carry over to the pros?

The vast majority of Mock Drafts have Faulk going before the Bears? So I don’t get this point. He’s also ranked as #4 Edge by Dane Brugler in his Beast Scouting Guide. So idk how the consensus is calling him a flawed prospect.
Matt Philbin@NFLDRAFTBLOG

The Keldric Faulk debate is starting to become more divisive on Bears twitter so 3 thoughts: -1.) The Pro Faulk contingency needs to slow down-he wouldn't be getting mocked to 25 if the league was that high on him. Clearly the consensus views him as a flawed player

@brendenmoore13 3% surcharge on income in addition to all the other taxes already. The Democrats instead of just being fiscally responsible want to continue to take and take and take what doesn't belong to them

New: The House Revenue Committee votes 13-7 to approve a constitutional amendment that'd impose a 3% surcharge on income over $1 million. It goes to the full House. It needs 71 votes to pass. Dems have 78 and won't get any Republican help. #twill

BREAKING: Iran is now demanding fees for ships passing the Strait of Hormuz. They want it paid in cryptocurrency. In other words, Trump blew up Iran, had 11 US military bases attacked, over a dozen military killed, hundreds wounded, had a more extreme leader take reign and spent $44 billion all so that Iran could start charging us money to ship our oil. He then tries to sell it as a victory. What a joke.

President Trump and America does not have the ability to “let“ the Iranians charge a toll on the Strait. The United States has been proven powerless to do anything about it and if it wasn’t for the war there would be no toll. This is a penalty that Americans and the world will likely pay directly to the Iranian Military for years to come as a result of America’s catastrophic foreign policy. Now every time we put gas in our cars will be contributing to the $500 billion in new revenue going to the country of Iran to cover their tolls.
Eylon Levy@EylonALevy

If President Trump lets the Iranians charge a toll for ships in the Strait of Hormuz, then every time you fill up your car at the pump, you will put money straight in the pockets of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. This would be a humiliating disaster for the US.
