I’ve learned an important lesson in football about how to win trophies. Trophies are usually won towards the end of the season, so it’s very important for a coach to keep players injury-free during the final two months of the season. If possible, the club should also sign at least one outstanding player during the January transfer window. Arsenal got it wrong in January while Pep was smart enough to reinforce his squad.
