All these City of Tshwane tenders were appointed under the DA administration and Mayor Celliers Brink. We understand the hatred towards us, but let's be honest and factual . We have consistently called for Insourcing of security guards . The city currently employs approximately 1,300 security guards who were absorbed by the EFF motion during earlier phases of the project . We are now working on Phase 2 of Insourcing in the coming 2026/2027 financial year .
