Our fear of being seen is a direct consequence of how harshly we judge people that dare to show up. We must interrogate our relationship with disposing of the collective for self-expressing in ways we don’t “agree” with.

You have to break free from titles & labels because, identity through language doesn’t exist where we’re evolving to.

I think people need to stop caring about being married men/women MORE than what that marriage is. Those titles cannot ever be better than what you’re putting yourself and your kids through.

People pathologize ruminating on a situation, but that’s how you bridge the gap between your unconscious and conscious mind. Rumination / obsession is a tool. Everything is a tool. Every feeling is a tool that can be used for alignment, if you use it “correctly”

Because we conceptualize our time as linear, people think healing is moving on when healing is actually about integration.

The reality is simply this: our wounds are here to collect. They have arrived and they are roosting. They will not turn back until they are faced. They will not be sanitized as "challenges we must face". They are the mirror we have evaded in the pursuit of survival.

choose to see beyond all the inherited narratives, unconscious agreements, & social hypnosis. notice the patterns they create & the outcomes they produce, then decide what’s actually true for you.

Funny thing about illusions. They’re not supposed to be “real”, right? And yet they can and do affect the foundation of your thoughts and character. This world is built and maintained by our belief in its illusions. Most of us still hold on to them for dear life.
