We are unable to dm you due to the settings on your account. Are you able to change this? With regards to responding to emails, our current response time is 5 working days. When students message multiple times on the same email it resets the time. Alternatively, can you call us or webchat? We very much want to assist you.

@OpenUniversity I've contacted the student support over the past 4 months. My so called tutor literally marked me down due to "being behind because of my disability" I have missed so much. I'm really not happy.

@OpenUniversity Thank you for your response. I’ve gone through the page, but I’m currently unable to self-fund my studies. Are there any scholarships or financial aid options available specifically for international undergraduate students? I would really appreciate any guidance or direction.

Hi there! We review and re-write modules on a regular basis. As A340 is reaching the end of it’s lifespan, it will be re-written/replaced for October 2027. While we don’t currently have details on what the new module will look like, the information will be provided by the time registration opens for the 2027/2028 academic year. -Zoe
