@Giathefilm girl im a horrible cook, i take whatever veggies i have. I simmer onion and garlic cut up the veggies (tomatoes, potatoes, cabbage, eggplant, carrot) and add them then add water but if u have chicken broth that'd be good. Once they're all soft i blend and store! i don't strain

after 3 successful days of liquid diet (coffee, soups..) the bloating from more than a month of shitty eating is down !!!! i can finally at least wear a tight shirt. Im still huge ofc
