I loved hearing this from Artemis II pilot Victor Glover. Everything in our world is trying to divide us. But hundreds of thousands of miles above the world, just in time for Easter, he gave a message glorifying God and reminding us that we're all part of the miracle.

Ukraine's Navy and Drone Forces destroyed Russian positions on the Syvash drilling platform in the Black Sea overnight on 6 April. Russia used it to watch for Ukrainian naval drones heading toward Crimea and to host special forces, EW systems, and air defense. It's gone. Drone footage shows naval drones attacking the platform's structural supports, a machine-gun-equipped naval drone firing at the top structure, and missiles striking the platform. 📹 Ukrainian Navy

🚨🇵🇦 HUGE... A tanker just exploded under the most important bridge in global trade A fuel tanker detonated at the Balboa tank park directly beneath the Bridge of the Americas in Panama City. The bridge was shut down while engineers assessed whether the heat compromised the structure. Firefighters suffered severe injuries. The fire spread to multiple storage units. This was almost certainly an accident. But even as an accident, it exposed something terrifying. If that bridge collapses, it physically blocks the Pacific entrance to the Panama Canal. 40% of U.S. container traffic travels through this canal. The instant it closes, Asian cargo can't reach East Coast ports. Los Angeles and Long Beach get overwhelmed. Rail and trucking networks can't absorb a 30-40% spike in transcontinental freight overnight. Store shelves go empty. The backup routes make it worse. Suez is a warzone approach. Cape Horn and the Cape of Good Hope add two weeks to every voyage. And because Hormuz has spiked fuel prices past $112 a barrel, every extra mile of rerouting costs exponentially more in bunker fuel that shipping companies pass directly to consumers. Panama plus Hormuz simultaneously offline is the scenario that breaks the global economy. Not gradually. Violently. Every physical good on earth gets repriced overnight. Today it was an accident that was contained. The bridge held. The canal stayed open. The darker question is one nobody wants to ask out loud: in a world where Iran just published target lists of Gulf bridges and infrastructure, what if the next explosion near a critical chokepoint isn't an accident? The global economy runs on three narrow waterways. Two are already compromised. The third just had a fireball ignited next to it. Source: @Michael_Yon

I don’t know the merits or demerits of these disagreements over exactly who did or didn’t do what before 2025. But I’ll tell you what I do know. 1. The remediation for lawfare victims mission ordered by President Trump should have yielded: (a) numerous DOJ filing Rule 48a motions to dismiss wrongful convictions; (b) numerous cases in which DOJ dropped its opposition to and instead supported 2255 motions to vacate wrongful convictions; (c) settling numerous meritorious constitutional tort claims filed under the FTCA without resorting to the typical procedural and immunity defenses to thwart the interests of justice. 2. The accountability for lawfare perpetrators mission ordered by President Trump should have yielded the separation — through removal, resignation, or retirement — of several thousand FBI agents and AUSAs. Dozens, if not hundreds, of those bad actors should have been investigated for charges by the Criminal Section of the Civil Rights Division. With the exception of a solitary Rule 48a motion to vacate Bannon’s misdemeanor conviction, and the shockingly anemic $1.2M settlement of Gen. Flynn’s claim, does anyone know why the leadership failed to carry out virtually ANY of President Trump’s orders? E.g., which political appointees advocated FOR the action items above and which ones advocated AGAINST those self-evident deliverables?

When the ACLU's lead trans right litigator Chase Strangio tweeted a promise to stop the circulation of a book chronicling the online social contagion driving trans identification in young people, Strangio was being true to the intrinsic nature of the movement. The movement eschews deliberation and debate on principle because deliberation would instantly expose the reliance of the movement on an act of faith in a false claim that any bright nine-year old who hadn't been propagandized from the earliest age could dismantle in five minutes. The movement relied on state and societal coercion from the first instance to enforce a top-down astroturfed pseudo-consensus because it had no chance to compete in any arena where reason, logic, and evidence held sway. Do not listen to anyone purporting to critique the "strategic missteps" an otherwise righteous movement made on its path to claiming the arc of justice. The recourse to lies, bullying, skullduggery, medical and legal fraud, propagandizing children, campaigns of cancellation, and punishment of truth tellers was by far the best chance it had for success. A movement aimed at attempting to enshrine a falsehood as the only truth cannot withstand any world where free speech, open exchange, pluralism, liberalism, and democracy convert the will of the people into policy. It can only succeed by the systematic dismantling of all of the above, as it has moved to do wherever it obtains power. The fatal debility of the movement is that it is based on metaphysical propositions that 1.) aren't true and 2.) inflict massive risks, harms, cruelties, and absurdities on the whole population. It is not salvageable with better messaging, tactics, or strategy. It simply needs to be scrapped.

As a civil rights attorney, I have been similarly shocked at the overwhelming wave of support for suppression of free speech from those who formerly claimed to be classical liberals. I can think of no other similar pivot away from core ideals.

Bill Maher says over 100,000 Christians have been systematically slaughtered in Africa by Islamic groups while they burn villages, churches, and homes, kidnapping priests and massacring families simply for their faith. Why does the mainstream media refuse talk about this? 🤔

The Trump administration forced open the gates on Gavin Newsom's kingdom of fraud and found more than 146 BILLION taxpayer dollars being stolen in just ONE program alone. They estimate the Nationwide Medicare and Medicaid fraud is estimated at 100 billion dollars PER YEAR!

Politicians and the media gaslighting Californians that the reason gas is between $5-$10 A GALLON is because of federal policies. This board is APPOINTED by Gavin Newsom, the board decides how much tax we pay at the pump. California Democrats have previously blocked bills that would pause the gas tax, let’s see what they do this year And they meet this Thursday.

This morning I passed up a gas station charging $5.89 per gallon and a few minutes later filled my tank up for a price of $4.59 a gallon. Over the course of 10 miles between them I crossed from California into Nevada. Same gas for both stations.

Given that DOJ's overall conviction rate at trial nationwide is roughly 90%, an acquittal rate of 50% in W.Va. would have made me a legend.
Kyle Cheney@kyledcheney

@shipwreckedcrew And it's interesting, if politics is really the driving force you say it is, that you think half of your J6 clients would still be convicted in arguably the most MAGA-friendly state in America.
