data point: 3 categories most founders still massively underrate in the agent transition: 1. products that become the system of record agents must touch 2. products that own the feedback loop agents learn from 3. products that sit inside regulated or high-trust workflows question isnt whether models get smarter. question is whether your company becomes more mandatory as they do. most dont. that is why so many “ai startups” are just temporary UI rent collectors.
