@Rage0Trick @IrisDuane That’s still fine, just having some level is better than none. People often argue “what about Brits living abroad permanently?” And I also think they should have a good understanding of the local language to integrate properly.

I did A-Level English. It wasn’t fun, it certainly wasn’t easy, and it was overly complex - more complex on many cases than academic work. 1 in 4 native speakers don’t even get a C. This is a ridiculous rule.
