During his time there, he led several road safety initiatives designed to improve driver awareness and vehicle maintenance, including Eyes on the Road, which provided healthcare support for school bus drivers, and Checked by AutoXpress, encouraging motorists to carry out free vehicle checks. He also launched a technician training scholarship programme to help raise service standards and improve road safety outcomes across the region. Tom began his career at Bain & Company, where he advised global businesses across the retail, FMCG and private equity sectors.
