If you want to manifest better, stop beating the drum of lack. Your dominant mental airtime every day is filled with thinking about the lack of what you want. You’re really really aware of it. So you have to find ways to reduce the airtime you give to that lack. Once you reduce your attention to it, your vibration will rapidly shift, and so will your reality. For example, if you want to manifest more money, then stop focusing on your bills or your lack of money right now. If you want to manifest a relationship, then stop focusing on how single you are. Stop focusing on the lack of a partner in your life right now. It’s actually a pretty simple adjustment once you get the hang of it. It’ll start to feel like you’re “forgetting” about your problems more and more. What used to be a huge deal in your life slowly becomes a nonfactor. Once you notice yourself forgetting about the topic and not giving it so much mental airtime, that’s when you know you’re really doing something right. It’s actually that simple, but it’s an extremely crucial adjustment.

REMINDER: Robotic affirming is TO get yourself back IN THE STATE of “I have this thing” “I am with sp” “I have the money” it’s not to MAKE your manifestation happen- but to remind yourself it already has/is like that’s it that’s all. And if you do use robotic affirming to bring you your manifestation I think you’ll eventually realize it wasn’t the affirming that brought it but the EFFECTS of the affirming: aka believing it’s yours.

I’ve gotten a couple questions on how I personally manifest so I figured that I’d share. You don’t have to do any of this. In fact, you don’t HAVE to do anything in order to manifest. This is what works for me and what I like to do: - Robotic Affirming: This is usually my go-to. I literally do it every single day. Depending on my day and what I’m manifesting, I’ll usually pick one affirmation (or if I’m bored 2-3) and loop it in my head. I do it from the moment I wake up to the moment I fall asleep. My favorite time to do is when I’m cleaning, cooking, in the shower, driving, or putting on a movie/TV show & robotically affirming during that. I don’t care about how I feel in the moment or believing it. I just do it and usually notice a huge shift in my mindset after it. - Usually in the morning I set an hour or so while I’m still in bed (no phone) & getting ready to focus on self-concept or manifesting abilities just for fun. I’ll pick one or two affirmations and just loop them in my head before I focus on anything else. My favorite ones at the moment are “I manifest everything I want within seconds” and “Everything always goes my way.” - If I have multiple things that I’m manifesting, I’ll set aside time throughout the day to focus on each thing. I don’t use timers or counters since personally, I don’t like them. I just put on some music, a movie, a YouTube video, a subliminal, or something as “background noise” & affirm my 1-2 affirmations for that specific desire. I’m not a huge scripting person. I do visualize but I’m not that consistent with it lol. I just do whatever I want and tell myself that it’s working (because it is). Keeping my thoughts in check every single day no matter what has kept me disciplined. And has boosted my confidence not just in the law itself but myself as well. As someone who used to overthink and have a ton of negative thoughts/doubts, affirming keeps me grounded. Like I said you don’t HAVE to do any of this. It’s just my preference and what I love to do. I enjoy it. And most of all, I have fun with it. To me, all affirming will ever be is a game. The more I focus on what I want, the more “points” I get and win the level. And I win every single time ✨

🤖 HOW TO DO ROBOTIC AFFIRMING pick one affirmation. one. make it specific and present tense. ("he is obsessed with me" not "he will be.") then just... say it. on repeat. out loud, in your head, while you walk, while you shower, while you do literally anything. the goal isn't to feel it immediately. the goal is repetition until your brain stops arguing with it. if a doubt comes up, don't fight it, just go straight back to the affirmation. you can't think two things at once. drown it out. volume wins. it's literally just thinking in your favor. that's the whole thing.

You could literally be lying in bed doing absolutely nothing right now and you could still get all your manifestations. You do NOT need to work for it, chase, or make something happen to get your manifestation. Your job is to keep returning to the version of you who already has your desires. Keep identifying with that story and let reality show you evidence

O mantra de Émile Coué consistia-se em repetir: "A cada dia, em todos os sentidos, estou melhorando cada vez mais", e isso se aplicava a tudo, inclusive a problemas de saúde dos quais você talvez nem tivesse consciência. E funcionava muito bem. Como manifestar um relacionamento amoroso com a Lei. Pegue um amigo ou alguém próximo e peça para essa pessoa dizer: "Não acredito como vocês dois são perfeitos um para o outro". Responda: "Estamos tão felizes!" ou qualquer variação dessas frases que soe natural para você, usando um vocabulário comum a ambos. E pronto, acabou. Você não sabe quem é seu parceiro, nem como ele é fisicamente, você só sabe que é perfeito.

It’s the norm for your desires to manifest. But you have to become a vibrational match to them, and you do that by relaxing, allowing, and choosing better feeling thoughts. Right now, you’re probably offering a vibration that isn’t a full match to the manifestation you want. There’s something you’re doing that’s keeping you from becoming a full vibrational match. Just stop doing the things that are keeping you out of vibrational alignment and everything you want will manifest.

It doesn’t matter what you’ve done, what you’re seeing, what you’re hearing, what emotions you’re feeling, or what circumstances are showing up right now. NONE of it is permanent. Your circumstances are malleable. They can change. Your situation can look completely different tomorrow from how it looks now. Your current reality is NOT final. Keep returning to the story you want and keep directing your thoughts towards it. Things CAN change faster than you think!!

“But how do I know that the law works?” By actually applying the knowledge that has been given to you. The only way that you will ever get what you want is by staying consistent. By not “giving up” just because you may see or hear something that you don’t like. Deny it. Reject it. If it’s not what you want then it doesn’t matter. It doesn’t exist. Nothing in your reality can exist without your awareness of it. Stop asking people if the law is real when you are literally living and breathing proof that it is. Test it for yourself. Apply what people are telling you to do. Stop worrying about being perfect, only focus on being consistent. Make a decision (affirm) and stick to it (keep affirming) no matter what.

If so many other people can manifest, SO CAN YOU!! They’re not better than you or more special than you. You are just as capable of living your dream life. The difference is that they applied the law. So apply, apply, apply. Even if it feels hard at the start, it gets soooo much easier with practice.

Yess, you can manifest within a specific time period There’s nothing wrong with including it in your manifestation. But if focusing on the time makes you anxious, causes you to constantly check time, or stresses out you more, then it’s usually better to focus on the just the outcome itself. Just do whatever that feels easiest

keep repeating your affirmations even when you’re having doubts, spirals, worries etc. feel what you have to feel if it helps. go outside or invest some time in your hobbies and doing what you love. eat a snack maybe, take a shower, drink some water, take a nap while you’re at it but no matter what it is that you’re feeling or seeing outside of you please remind yourself that no circumstance will ever have a say over you, i don’t care what it might be. circumstances will always be temporary and if you’re persisting in the new story they will have absolutely no other choice but to disappear and you will end up getting exactly what you want. keep affirming, keep staying loyal to your affirmations no matter what & make sure you’re also doing that outside of any method because affirmations = thoughts. you’re always affirming SOMETHING. robotic affirmations are not the only way to “affirm” because you’re always doing it which is why it’s important to ALWAYS PERSIST. please have discipline when it comes to claiming what you want. you can’t be living in the story of not having it & having it. it’s either one or the other and you’re always manifesting so you better be affirming for what u actually want to see !! i don’t give a shit what tense or exact wording you’re using or how long or short the affirmations are. it’s literally not that deep. JUST PLEASE MAKE SURE IT ALIGNS WITH WHAT YOU WANT !!! ♡
