Diary of the day 09/06/2026 ✨️ Today Karachi sun felt so warm and kind. Alhamdulillah, started with Fajr and some peaceful moments. Went to the university library and got lost in a beautiful book about communities and resilience. One line really touched me: “We carry our roots in our hearts, and with every new page, they grow stronger, reaching toward the light.” It made me smile. Then I walked around the green campus for a bit it felt refreshing and full of hope. Later in the afternoon I attended this lovely exhibition on Baloch culture. SubhanAllah, it was so beautiful! The colourful embroidery was everywhere, each stitch so delicate and full of stories from our mothers and grandmothers. Traditional dresses and dupattas looked stunning under the lights, beautiful silver jewellery shining, and the soft sound of dambura playing in the background made everything feel so alive and warm. My heart felt really full seeing our heritage celebrated like that. Simple days like today remind me how much beauty is around us. To every daughter reading this: Hold your culture close like a warm dupatta on your shoulders it gives us grace and strength. And let your books and education be the light that helps you carry everything forward with even more dreams. Rise gently, rise proudly. 🤍 What small beautiful thing or favourite line made your day brighter today? Share below, I’d love to read. #DailyDiary #BalochCulture

The Majestic Balochi Embroidery: Stories Woven by Baloch Mothers and Daughters My heart fills with pride and warmth whenever I see a Balochi embroidered dress. Each stitch tells a story of patience, love, creativity, and the quiet strength of Baloch women. For generations, Baloch mothers and daughters have sat together under the open sky or in modest homes, their hands working magic with needle and thread. Every pattern, every color, every intricate design carries centuries of our history, our emotions, and our identity. From the vibrant reds and golds to the delicate mirrors and geometric patterns — this is not just clothing. This is living art. Even in these difficult times, when fear and militancy cast shadows over Balochistan, our mothers and sisters continue to preserve this beautiful tradition. They embroider hope into every piece. They pass down culture, love, and resilience from one generation to another. Behind these magnificent designs are stories of sacrifice mothers staying up late after a tiring day, young daughters learning the art despite all the challenges around them. Their hands may be tired, but their spirit remains unbroken. This majestic Balochi embroidery is a symbol of who we are: Strong. Creative. Resilient. To every Baloch mother and daughter who keeps this tradition alive — thank you. You are not just preserving culture, you are preserving our soul. No matter how dark the times get, the beauty created by Baloch women continues to shine. #Balochistan #BalochiEmbroidery #BalochCulture #BalochWomen #BalochPride

Acid attacks are a brutal crime and have no place in any society. Dr. Mahnoor Nasir, a medical professional dedicated to serving others, deserves justice. Authorities must ensure a transparent investigation and hold those responsible accountable. #JusticeForDrMahnoor #Balochistan #RahmiKoçÖzürDile #AzizYıldırımVakti

Dr. Mahnoor Nasir A postgraduate surgical trainee at Sandeman Provincial Hospital in Quetta. On 6th June 2026, while she was on duty in the surgery ward, a hospital lift operator threw acid on her after she refused his advances. The acid affected her face, abdomen, thighs, hands, and the area around her eyes. She was quickly taken to Karachi by air ambulance and is now receiving treatment at Aga Khan University Hospital. According to Doctors, she is stable, out of danger, and her eyesight is safe. A medical technician named Abdul Razaq Khilji rushed to help her and got injured while protecting her. Dr. Mahnoor has always wanted to serve people as a doctor. She is now focused on her recovery so she can return to her training and work. Her family, the government, and people across the country are supporting her. The Chief Minister has assured full help. This incident has made many of us think. At the end, one simple question remains: When will our men truly accept that women have the right to work, study, and live with dignity and freedom? When will a woman be able to say no without facing harm or violence? We hope Dr. Mahnoor recovers well and continues her journey as a doctor. #DrMahnoor #AcidAttacks #Quetta #Balochistan #Pakistan
