@flyvolaris booked a flight end of October and emailed a few minutes after I booked to cancel (legally I have 24 hours) and I never received a response! Called, no answer, whatsapped and have been ignored. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

@AeromexicoUSA , British airways told that they are not responsible for my bags as my last flying flight was AeroMexico. So only you can help us in finding out bags.This is becoming Very stressful now. Please Update Us Where Is Our Bags and we're getting crazy now! It's 4th day.

@shob4701 @AeromexicoUSA I would LOVE for them to just hand back the luggage - then compensation wouldn't be such a big deal but we had hard drives for work, portable monitors, apple keyboards & mouse... so painful! They should be taken to court. Research online & you'll see they do this all the time!

@shob4701 @AeromexicoUSA The luggage we did received (we had 4 in total) had been opened and they took things out without letting us know why. They scan every piece so they take what they want out. And in our case the 2 pieces that had over 2000 dollars worth of things just never arrived!

@shob4701 @AeromexicoUSA They haven't paid yet as they offered too little! We flew from Barcelona to Cancun with a stop in Madrid and Mexico City. 2 pieces of hand luggage are missing which they forced us to check in and it had really expensive electronics.
