Idaho’s new anti-Trans bathroom ban could result in LIFE IN PRISON for Trans folks. After 2 violations of the law you could be imprisoned up to 5 years. And after 4 is when you could be sentenced to life in prison. Life in prison for simply existing as our true selves.

Well fuck Idaho. The governor is expected to sign a bill that makes it a misdemeanor w up to a year in jail for the first "offense" and a felony w up to 5 years in jail for the second "offense" for trans folks who the bathroom that reflects their gender identity. I hate it here
