@nwnatural I've been on hold for nearly 20 mins. How did my bill jump 70% in one month? And to top it off, I've had three workers here over the last week saying there is a gas leak in the right-of-way, which isn't even on my property. They will fix "in the next few weeks." (1)

I can only imagine my higher bill is due to this leak, which again isn't on my property, but clearly is affecting my property. I should not be financially responsible for that when I am not using more natural gas.
