🇫🇷🚆💔MALADE du cancer, elle prend le train pour ne pas rater sa chimiothérapie… et REÇOIT UNE AMENDE de 50€ pour un motif jugé INHUMAIN. Ludivine, 39 ans, atteinte d’un cancer, SE REND RÉGULIÈREMENT de Compiègne à Paris (Institut Curie) en TER pour ses séances de chimiothérapie. Le vendredi 20 juin 2025, son train étant en retard, elle MONTE dans le précédent encore à quai pour de NE PAS RATER son rendez-vous. Une fois installée, elle achète immédiatement son billet (8,50€ avec sa carte TER) via l’application mobile. À l’approche de la gare du Nord, un contrôleur lui INFLIGE UNE AMENDE de 50€, le règlement interdisant l’achat d’un billet après le départ du train. Bouleversée, Ludivine EXPLIQUE SA SITUATION (cancer, chimiothérapie, seulement 12€ d’indemnités journalières), mais le contrôleur reste INFLEXIBLE. Elle pleure pendant le trajet et qualifie cette attitude d’« inhumaine ». Elle a ensuite contesté l’amende. La SNCF a exprimé SA COMPASSION, tout en rappelant que les agents doivent appliquer le règlement de manière égale pour tous. Ludivine a reçu de nombreux messages de SOUTIEN après avoir partagé son témoignage sur les réseaux sociaux. (Le Parisien)

not to mention that a month is a long ass time to be stuck in hotel rooms. i know they have breaks built into the tour schedule but while they’re on the road it’s either stay cooped up in their hotel or explore the city and y’all are robbing that choice from them

sucks to see the current situation bc they’ve been so vocal about the anxiety they developed from being followed around, to the point where many of them just stayed indoors anywhere they went. and the scale back then wasn’t even as bad as now. my heart hurts for them seriously :(
