I know many have lost faith in Alter and honestly, I don’t blame you. At one point, I lost faith too, not just in Alter, but in the way this space operates. The constant extraction is exhausting. I went quiet to reflect and figure things out. Alter needed to be better. I didn’t want to come back just to ask for more. I’ve already raised funds once, and doing it again didn’t feel right. That’s why I’ve always offered buybacks for anyone who wanted them. Every dollar raised went directly into building Alter, nothing else but now, it’s on me to self-fund, to deliver real value, and to reward the belief that some of you still held onto. I’m not going to blame the market, ICON, or external conditions for why Alter hasn’t succeeded yet. That’s on me. I tried things, they didn’t work. But over time, it became clear what was missing. Here’s the truth: Most traditional NFT projects are built on a cycle of extraction. You mint for hundreds, then pay more for mediocre merch, and then again for Vol. 2, 3, 4... It’s a loop that doesn’t give back. Alter is helping break that cycle. We’re taking inspiration from $REKT who are one of the few brands breaking the extraction cycle. As for the streetwear itself, this isn’t just a logo slapped on blanks. That market is saturated and it’s not what we initially visioned for Alter. I’ve been working on something unique, something that hasn’t been done before in this space. If I can pull it off, we have a real shot at becoming one of the biggest names in streetwear. Sampling is underway and more details will follow soon. We're also focused on breaking down barriers. By integrating with Slush, we’ll allow users to claim NFTs through email-based wallets, making onboarding from Web2 to Web3 seamless and frictionless, just as it should be. We aim to be a leading streetwear brand that utilises web3, not a Web3 streetwear brand. I didn’t quit because some of you still believed and I refuse to let that belief go to waste. This space deserves better. If we want real change, we have to lead by example. Alter is back. Not to extract but to build something meaningful.

Alter Migration Update All current migration requests have been completed. Out of the total 300 supply, 100 have now been successfully migrated to Sui. Please note that this number does not include the NFTs still held in our personal possession. We are now introducing a migration deadline: 🗓 29th September 2025 After this date: -Any remaining NFTs will be minted on Sui & moved into the treasury. While the ICON chain remains operational and we still hold the original NFTs in our treasury, we will continue to process migration requests on a case-by-case basis. Alter… Years ago, an idea sparked—a cap forged from the truest black, a void of colour so deep it would consume the light itself. From this vision, Alter was born. But the path was never meant to be straightforward. The initial dream, though bold, was impractical at the time. Yet, from that friction, a new fire was lit. I merged two worlds I loved, weaving fashion and Web3 into the DNA of Alter. The first drop was meant to be a physical manifestation of our avatar, a limited-edition cap, and more—but time had other plans. Instead, we began with a collection of caps, meticulously crafted, their quality and presentation speaking louder than words. The response was validation, but not fulfilment. We ventured further, testing the waters with merch for other projects, only to find the results lacking but more importantly it wasn’t fulfilling that void. It was a humbling moment, a call to step back, to strip away the noise, and to Alter the plan. To rebuild, not from scratch, but from the core of what we believed in. With Alter, I sought to create something that would outlast trends, something that would carve its mark into the industries it touched—both fashion and Web3. Every release has been a testament to that vision: high quality, intentional, and bold. Yet, I’ve come to realise that even this is not enough. The world deserves more. The industry deserves more. What comes next for Alter is not just an evolution—it’s a revolution. We’ve curated drops that defy convention, ideas that blur the lines between the physical and the digital. This is where Web3 and Alter fuse into something unprecedented, something that will leave an indelible mark. The journey has only just begun, and the best is yet to come. Stay ready.
