One federal law (18 U.S.C. 611) prohibits noncitizens from voting in U.S. elections
Another federal law (the NVRA) makes it easy for noncitizens to register & vote—even though it’s illegal
The SAVE America Act would fix that, making it easy for citizens—and hard for noncitizens—to register & vote
