Pug

If Jews everywhere are held accountable for Israel, why aren’t Muslims everywhere held accountable for Iran, Afghanistan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia or Syria? Would love to hear some truths from you all.

I was today years old when I learned that the term “Islamophobia” was developed in the 1990s by the Muslim Brotherhood and organisations close to them. Why? To copy the term “homophobia” so that criticism of Islamic ideology was stifled and silenced.

Before Oct 7, I never would have declared myself a Zionist on X. Before Oct 7, I never would have discussed my Judaism on an open social media platform, such as this. Wishing people Shabbat Shalom? Hardly ever. I’m definitely more Jewish and more of a Zionist because of Oct 7. And I'm absolutely more open about it. Oct 7 was an absolutely horrific day, one that will always be remembered for the barbarism, the savagery, and for the downwards trajectory it's put Western civilization on. We can't change that. We can't undo it, or take it back. We can learn from it. We can do everything in our power to prevent it from happening again. And we can look for any positives at all that came out of it. My openness about my Judaism. And about my Zionism. My writing. My connection to each of you. None of that would have happened. Those are the positives I choose to look at today. Shabbat Shalom. #AmYisraelChai #ShabbatShalom

The Christian community around the world should tell the truth: the only country in the Middle East that has shown it cares about Christians is Israel!

Every time they condemn antisemitism while adding a qualifier — “remember there’s also Islamophobia,” or “Israel causes this,” or any other little mitigating excuse — they’re not actually coming out against hatred of Jews. They’re doing the opposite. They’re trying to redirect the critique in order to clear a space for it in the culture. Mehdi’s problem is that he knows that his community is saturated with anti-Jewish bigotry, that it’s in mosques, in homes, in every day conversations. There are polls on this and they all agree on the shape and scale of the problem. And Mehdi knows it. But instead of dragging the problem into the cleansing light of day, he chooses to carve out little spaces in the culture where it is minimized to the point of legitimation — where it is allowed to continue. Israel didn’t cause this any more than all the vast crimes committed by Muslims in the name of Islam could be reasonably deemed the cause of a wave of racist violence against British Muslims. Just saying that out loud clarifies the stupidity and bigotry of the argument. But until you shift the frame away from Jews, the Mehdis of the world can’t see it. In his defense, he may believe British Muslims can’t change, so he’s forced to defend them as they are. If that is his view, he’s wrong. Culture can change. The same polls that show us the scale of the problem also suggest that better integration into British society — which as recently as 2014 was polling as one of the least antisemitic countries on Earth — reduces anti-Jewish sentiment among British Muslims. In other words, this problem is susceptible to good policy. But to bring about that change, you first have to admit there’s a problem.

Medhi Hasan goes on television to talk about the stabbing of two Jews and discusses Jewish people’s support for Israel, in other words: they deserve it. He doesn’t say that specifically but that’s the natural inference… It’s the victims fault.

Great example of the biased @BBCNews narrative. His parents did not "urge" the UK to act to stop the flotilla when their son put his life in danger by trying to break through a military blockade during a war? But have a problem now he is safe and will be deported unharmed?

Has @BBCNews apologised yet for stoking antisemitism with its hideously biased reporting? Who broadcast the story about 14,000 babies to be dead within 48 hours? It was a lie. A blood libel. @BBCr4today

Keir Starmer finally admitted today that the slogan "globalize the intifada" is "extremely racist" and advocates literally for the murder of Jews. So when are the arrests happening?

Was the Gaza War horrific? Yes. Was it genocide? Of course not. And yet Hamas's Gaza Genocide Hoax has become the single biggest reason for Jewish persecution in the West today. Everyone in public life who has peddled this hoax shares responsibility for the crisis it's unleashed.

THEY DON’T WANT YOU TO SEE THIS: The Deadly Lie They’re Using To Hide Terror! 🇬🇧 THE TRUTH IS BEING CENSORED! 🚨 Why is it that every time a radical screams "Allah Akbar" and attacks innocent people, the media calls it a "mental health episode"? From Melbourne to London, they are gaslighting the public while our borders stay wide open and our streets become war zones. They think you’re stupid, but we see exactly what’s happening. The establishment is hiding the scale of the threat, but the resistance is growing. I AM CALLING ON EVERY PATRIOT: We need you in London on MAY 16th. The media will lie about us, but they can't stop thousands of us standing together. Bring a friend, share this video, and let’s show them we aren’t backing down!

Now in Los Angeles: A Jewish man in his 30s was attacked while walking home from synagogue in the Pico-Robertson neighborhood. Security cameras captured the assailant pinning him against a wall, choking him, and shouting "Free Palestine." The Jewish community is urging residents to take precautions.
