And if it did pass, it would ruin rentals as landlords would refuse to rent at a loss and inventory would collapse. 3. Free Buses - They’re actually more expensive now than when he took office. If Hochul raises taxes to pay for them, then she’ll lose her reelection. Socialism will never work. It never has because it removes all incentive to work hard and succeed.
