We have talked among my closest 4 friends about what our liquid+illiquid net worth is and while being the person who for the majority of the past 10 years earned second most in my circle (rn im last since I have only 1 job, but before this year I was 3rd) my net worth is 10% of the richest friend (fullstack who worked in Palantir and now Netflix), 20% of what my 2 closest who just 'worked hard' (not many investments aside from real estate-level) and roughly same with the one who pretty much started working 2 years ago I have to make it this time it's matter of life and death p much now

@South_Euro_ I hate foreigners as much as the next guy but your anger is directed at the wrong people imho. Tourists and digital nomads (kek) are not driving up prices. Either direct your anger towards indians that put 10 people in one house or pakistanis that rape every creature in sight.

The whole tourism + expats + digital nomads thing in Southern Europe is seriously getting under everyone's nerves. It's not just about housing prices anymore. It's about the attitude many tourists have. Worst nationalities: Americans, British, Dutch, Germans.

There are adult men hiding in the bathroom at work right now on their phones.
