He's wrong and loud.
Waiting for thirst in order to drink water is
like saying "I only buy fuel when the car stops moving."
By the time you feel thirsty, your body has already lost 2-3% of its water.
Your energy will drop. Your brain slows etc.
So how much water should you drink?:
Drinking small amounts throughout the day is not dangerous. What is dangerous is downing three litres at once because you haven't had water since morning.
Small drinks throughout the day. That's the koko. If you're urinating every 2 to 4 hours and your urine is light-colored, not white or completely clear, you're doing well.
Carry a bottle. Sip small. Don't wait for your body to beg for water.

Ahh! Which one we go believe like this! This doctor said it’s not good to drink too much water, especially when your body isn’t asking for it. He explained that the kidneys and the hormones responsible for regulating water will signal the body when it needs it. According to him, doctors actually know this but say the opposite, and that’s why there are so many kidney pr0blems in the country.

What is there to explain? Is there any wrong doing? I am riding a motorbike in the bush in Bauchi after building a church with my civil defence guard at the time. Is a law being broken? You’re acting like you’re exposing something as if I didn’t post this picture myself😂😂😂😂

🇳🇬 JUST IN: Up to 200 Feared Dead After Nigerian Air Force Airstrike Hits Busy Market on Borno–Yobe Border
As many as 200 people are feared dead, with dozens injured, after a Nigerian Air Force (NAF) airstrike mistakenly struck a crowded weekly market on Saturday.
The incident occurred at Jilli Market, a key trading hub located between Gubio Local Government Area and Geidam Local Government Area, where traders from surrounding communities had gathered in large numbers.
According to eyewitnesses and local officials, fighter jets operating under Operation Hadin Kai launched the strike targeting suspected Boko Haram and Islamic State West Africa Province elements believed to be active in the area.
However, the bombs missed their intended targets and hit the civilian market instead.
Multiple explosions tore through the crowded trading ground, sending traders and buyers fleeing in panic. Eyewitnesses described widespread devastation, with bodies scattered across the scene and many victims buried under debris.
Victims were rushed to the Specialist Hospital Geidam, where at least 14 injured persons are currently receiving treatment. Several others have reportedly been referred to Damaturu due to the severity of their injuries.
While initial eyewitness counts confirmed at least 56 bodies, local sources now warn that the true death toll could be significantly higher, with some estimates placing it at up to 200 fatalities as recovery efforts continue.
As of Sunday afternoon, the Nigerian Air Force and Defence Headquarters have yet to issue an official statement addressing the incident or confirming civilian casualties.
The Borno–Yobe border remains a volatile frontline in Nigeria’s ongoing counter-insurgency campaign, where civilian populations continue to face deadly risks as terrorists operate within and around local communities.
This is a developing story. Casualty figures are expected to be updated as more information emerges.

That’s a painful lesson, but a real one.
Sometimes it’s not that people don’t know the truth… it’s that they’ve already made peace with it in their own way. When you bring it up, you’re not revealing something new, you’re disturbing something they’ve chosen to live with.
And unfortunately, you became a reminder of what she was trying to suppress.
You did what most people would consider the “right” thing, you acted out of honesty and probably care. But life isn’t always about right vs wrong… it’s also about timing, emotional readiness, and whether someone is willing to face what’s in front of them.
Truth doesn’t always set people free immediately… sometimes it exposes wounds they’re not ready to heal.
Hard truth: you weren’t wrong, but you also walked into a situation that wasn’t yours to carry.
Next time, it’s not about staying silent… it’s about reading the room and asking yourself: “Is this truth going to help them… or just hurt them right now?”
That’s wisdom most people only learn the hard way.

Let me put it in perspective if you still don’t know how ridiculously bad and incompetent this government is;
The five naira note is useless.
The 10 naira note is useless.
The 20 naira note is worthless.
The 50 naira note can only buy a sachet of water and gum.
N100? Three sachets of water.
N200 can’t buy one egg.
How about the highest naira denomination?
N1,000 cannot buy bread.
N1,000 cannot buy sardines.
N1,000 cannot buy a liter of fuel.
N1,000 cannot buy a liter of juice.
N1,000 cannot buy a plate of street food.
So, for a poor Nigerian to be able to feed at least 2x a day, they’ll spend between 3-7k (note: I’m talking about poor Nigerians here). Let’s assume they spend 4k per day on food. 4,000 × 30 = 120,000 monthly.
Where do you think they’ll be able to see that kind of money, only for food?
Tinubu must go, and it shall never be well with all of you supporting this government. You’ll ask God for peace and prosperity, and He will forsake you. 🙏🏾
