Solid Africa’s Farm in Rugende is where it all begins! Through our farm to plate model, we partner with over 7,000 smallholder farmers, more than half women. We provide training in climate smart agriculture and locally source food for nutritious meals in public schools and hospitals. Meals are prepared in our clean energy kitchens and delivered across Kigali with our electric vehicle fleet! Today, we serve six public hospitals and six schools. On 13th February, Kibagabaga Hospital hosted a special occasion for Patients Day 💛 We began in prayer, and listened to powerful words from hospital leadership that reminded us that healthcare is not just about treatment, it’s about compassion, and collaboration. The patient testimonies touched us deeply, and the stories of dedicated care were a beautiful reminder of why this work matters. We were truly honored to receive a recognition award for our continued efforts to provide nutritious meals to patients. We ended with sharing a special meal together.
