Former Spring-Ford wrestling standout Louis Carbajal died this afternoon from injuries sustained in a car crash last Monday, the SF wrestling team announced on Facebook. Carbajal was a PIAA medalist last winter. My heart goes out to the Spring-Ford & wrestling communities

Good info ahead of tomorrow's PIAA meeting. Also answers a question I had: a school that runs all virtual is eligible to participate in sports (in part due to existing policies allowing cyber school students to play)

The past few years I’ve gotten to know a young man that was full of life, had tremendous energy and enthusiasm, was emotional about his passion for sports, and was loyal to those closest to him. Taz, you were taken too soon and you will be incredibly missed. #6

The Penn-Delco School District is assessing the newly released guidelines on returning to play for our teams. At this point, we are working on our required “Athletics Health and Safety Plan.” Once approved, more info will follow on how we can safely move forward. Stay tuned...

I’d like to thank our School Board volunteers and PDSD maintenance staff who pulled weekend hours to get over 250 banners out in time for senior clap out. Your efforts are appreciated!

Last but not least, wishing a happy Senior Day to @SunValleyTennis. 4 years ago, they barely had enough boys to field a team. Now, with the leadership of this senior class, over 30 boys make up the SV Boys Tennis team. Seniors, Thanks for all you have done for SV, enjoy your day!
