I attended this service. There was zero meaningful coproduction in its change from lifetime membership/drop in to ‘therapeutic community’ with seemingly some SCM principles thrown in Professionals rewriting the narrative again! Are conferences the new clinic letters? #BigSpd24

I hope the evaluation of the new service will recognise all the members who never made it through the new programme because it was not in any way accessible to them I imagine the figures would look slightly different.

And believe me we tried! Went to the community meetings, tried to have input into the new service. It had already been decided and we were there to rearrange the deck chairs on the Titantic That’s not coproduction #bigspd24

I don’t know who needs to hear this but apparently it still needs to be said, so: You👏 can👏 smile👏 and👏still👏 be👏 depressed👏 Psychiatrists who haven’t grasped this, perhaps it’s time to take some responsibility and go back to med school
