I understand your disappointment, and I also care about open-source licenses and proper attribution. But I’m not the developer of this product. I’m a buyer/user, and talking about or testing something doesn’t mean I endorse every aspect of how it was made. I also talk about INDX a lot, and I personally asked Martin several times / F2F to come to JRRF because I genuinely want more original Western products to reach Japan. But the reality is that many of them are hard to buy here, expensive for the local market, and repair parts can take weeks to arrive. That market gap exists. At the same time, I do directly tell manufacturers on WeChat and elsewhere to respect open-source licenses. I just don’t always make public videos/posts about every private conversation because I’m not a full-time YouTuber. I think criticism is fair. But I don’t think it’s fair to assume I’m “promoting clones” just because I quote-posted one machine and said I want to see how it runs. Team E3D will come this time so there’s a slight change happening.
