@hightechpet has excellent customer service besides great products. Layla a customer service representative went above and beyond when I called. A knob had been broken on the door by someone in the house and I needed a replacement. She took care of it with ease and efficiency. I had an order for a transmitter collar for my pet that had not shipped yet, so she put the replacement knobs in the package before it left their facility. No fuss, no argument just used her commonsense excellent customer service skills. I've had their automatic pet door for probably 7 years now and it works great. So easy to deal with their customer service department.
