Sushma is gonna see a lot of QTs from me lol but this garbage thing goes beyond just littering. This is proper organized dumping. That can't happen without systemic political complicity. As recently as early 00s, these woods were mostly pristine.
sushma date@sushmadate

This forest behind @FergussonPune ground is swamped by a sea of garbage. I don't know who is responsible for this massive dumping but I weep for my city and my country😢 This is 1. near student quarters 2.along a path for domestic workers from Wadarwadi to BMCC Rd 3. behind a housing society

Even in darkness, we glow. In this image of Earth taken by the Artemis II crew, we can see the electric lights of human activity. In the lower right, sunlight illuminates the limb of the planet.

We see our home planet as a whole, lit up in spectacular blues and browns. A green aurora even lights up the atmosphere. That's us, together, watching as our astronauts make their journey to the Moon.

That's us! 🌍 The Artemis II crew captured beautiful, high-resolution images of our home planet during their journey to the Moon. As @Astro_Christina put it: "You guys look great."

Half a million people have lost day jobs in one city and this news is nowhere in Indian media. as if these people don't exist like they were made invisible during covid from TV news media. how many cities and industries are facing this?
Furkan Gözükara@FurkanGozukara

Apocalyptic economic fallout. NHK confirms Trump's disastrous war has completely paralyzed India's massive textile industry. With 90% of their LPG imports choked off at the Strait of Hormuz, HALF A MILLION workers just lost their jobs. The global supply chain is collapsing.

Hi @DailyMail your “journalist” Perkin Amalaraj has taken this story from a report in the Kathmandu Post. The language is slightly different as it’s been re-written as a summary, but the details aren’t. You’ve ripped off the investigative work of a modest newspaper in Nepal and turned it into a real eye-grabbing story for you. You have mentioned the original story in one line and not even linked to the original report. How do you want to fix this?
