In 1993, this photo of Belgian soldiers roasting a Somali boy alive went viral. The soldiers were in Mogadishu as part of a 5,000-strong UN-led "peacekeeping" mission codenamed Operation Restore Hope in Somalia. The image shocked the world. What happened in November 1997, was even more shocking — A Belgian court acquitted the two soldiers.

यूपी: संभल में जिस मस्जिद को अवैध बताकर ध्वस्त किया गया था, अब उसके जिम्मेदार का बयान सामने आया है। उनका कहना है कि मस्जिद 100 वर्ष से अधिक पुरानी थी और उसे बिना कोई पूर्व नोटिस दिए तोड़ दिया गया। उन्होंने मस्जिद में मिले 'I Love Muhammad' स्टिकर और इस्लामिक झंडे को लेकर भी दावा किया कि 'I Love Muhammad' वाले पोस्टर पुलिस ने स्वयं रखे थे, जबकि झंडा पहले से मस्जिद में मौजूद था। उन्होंने सवाल उठाते हुए कहा कि अगर इस्लामिक झंडा मस्जिद में नहीं होगा, तो फिर कहां होगा?

I completely agree with @SauravDassss CJP protest focus on issues of corporatisation of education & corruption. Constantly poking them with unrelated matters doesn't help their movement. Let them focus on issues at hand. We can always hold separate protests for other issues.
