This is Raymond Tonui, a KDF soldier who came through for the community at Saruchat, Bomet County. After 13 days of a painful and unsuccessful search for the body of Philemon, who had drowned two weeks earlier, Raymond was informed of the situation. Without hesitation, he stepped in, dived into the water, and within hours, the body was finally found. His courage, selflessness, and dedication brought closure to a grieving family and the entire community. We salute you, Raymond Tonui. Your bravery will not be forgotten. God bless you 🙏

Women asleep?? Gents, a simple life hack. Spot a thick babe, any color of your choice, hit on her. They are easy targets. Once she's yours, bully her till she unfats. Gym daily. One of the best bargains you'll ever make. Don't settle for finished products, mould your own.

Inalingana ni nyumba gani unaitwa, food gani unapikiwa, na ni nani anakuita. Kama nakuita Jalen Heights opposite Spur Mall hapa Kimbo in my executive 1 Bedroom that I pay over $140 a month, na nakuita nikupikie a Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken (Kienyeji) using the latest VON Cooker, while we sip our favorite drink Hennessy 🥃 tukiongea about how I'm going to buy Mercedes AMG C 63 S in the next quarter, imagine utakimbia mbio ndoukuje. Anyway, just find someone that loves you ndo ukimuita ata ukiwa kwa your dingy single room in Kawangware or Pipeline anakuja mbio without any slight hesitation.

Once a Cabinet Secretary starts calling himself a whistleblower, just know the exit door is somewhere nearby. That is the stage Wandayi is now entering. We have seen this script before in Kenya. During the NYS saga, Anne Waiguru also leaned on that whistleblower angle when the pressure became too much. By that point, the politics had already turned, the public had already formed its view, and the resignation was only a matter of time. That is why this “I am the one exposing it” routine never comforts the public. In Kenya, it is usually the final costume in the scandal wardrobe. First, you are in charge, then you say there is no problem, then you say cartels are fighting back, then you blame disinformation, then, when the fire reaches your seat, you suddenly become a whistleblower. A real whistleblower is usually outside the comfort of power, not seated at the top of the docket signing press releases and issuing directions on the very mess under investigation. So when Wandayi now starts sounding less like the Energy CS and more like a heroic informer, that is not a sign of strength. In Kenyan politics, that is usually the sound of a man nearing the end. Once you start calling yourself a whistleblower from inside the centre of the scandal, you are not surviving but on your way out.

The problem with having halitosis is you end up believing people are either mean to you or disregarding what you say, but the truth is MFs just want you to shut your mouth cos no matter how much sense you speak, it always comes off like you are full of 💩.

Leaving for Airport, I had to use Matatu, I had very little left for spending, I couldn't afford uber. For a flight leaving at 3am, I left at 10pm and arrived very early, because otherwise I wouldn't find a matatu to the airport at 2am. Regardless, We Won!

Lakini hua mnatubeba ufala sana.. that road is so substandard..it's a feeder road and not a highway. I don't think it will even last a year once heavy tracks start to operate along that route... it's very narrow with nor proper markings
Dr. Raymond Omollo — CBS@ray_omollo

The completion of the Ngong–Suswa Highway is a major milestone and a true game changer for regional connectivity. Now fully operational, the approximately 70 kilometre tarmac road provides a critical alternative to the often congested Nairobi–Mai Mahiu Road along the escarpment. The highway creates a direct and more efficient link from Ngong Town to Suswa, significantly reducing travel time for motorists heading to Narok, Bomet and Kisii Counties as well as other parts of the larger Western Kenya. The highway is already unlocking significant economic opportunities along the corridor. Farmers and livestock traders in Kajiado County now enjoy faster and more reliable access to markets in Nairobi, enabling them to move produce and livestock more efficiently while reducing transport costs. Improved accessibility has also triggered a steady rise in land value and stimulated new investments, including petrol stations, service centres, hospitality facilities and other roadside enterprises that are creating jobs and expanding local commerce. At the national level, the highway plays an important role in decongesting traffic along the Nairobi–Mai Mahiu escarpment corridor, particularly during festive seasons or in situations where the route is disrupted by accidents, landslides or floods. Through the coordination of the State Department for Internal Security and National Administration, the corridor benefits from strengthened road safety awareness, improved coordination with security agencies and enhanced administrative oversight along the route.
