The seqspec tool and file make it easy to visualize relevant sequenced features. With one command, multimodal DOGMAseq data can be understood.

One method for understanding the read structure is a seqspec specification. A seqspec file allows data generators to link FASTQ files to specific sequenced elements leaving the guesswork out of preprocessing.
