Pretti, a 37-year-old ICU nurse who worked with veterans and had no significant criminal record, was shot and killed by ICE agents in Minneapolis for trying to help others. I’m calling on WWE and Triple H to publicly condemn the killings of Alex Pretti and Renee Nicole Good. I understand WWE is an entertainment company, but you are a global brand with influence. Silence in moments like this sends a message, whether intentional or not. This isn’t about politics. This is about right and wrong and the value of human life. Leaders from across the political spectrum, including both Democrats and Republicans, have called for a transparent investigation, accountability, and a review of how federal immigration enforcement is being conducted. WWE needs to separate itself politically and administratively from rhetoric or situations that associate your company with harm or injustice. Failing to speak up right now risks making you appear complicit. You have an opportunity and a responsibility to show that you stand for human dignity and justice. Do the right thing today, please.
