Last year they became the first coffee shop in MA to unionize, setting off a wave of cafe-based organizing.
Now they've won a PTO, a pay raise, protections for gender expression, and more.

Yesterday, one of our members was wrongfully terminated on exaggerated & unsubstantiated claims. We are deeply saddened by this development, & believe this was motivated by her vocal support of unions.

We received word from ownership just under an hour ago that they will not be voluntarily recognizing our union. While we are disappointed by this decision, we are not discouraged, and look forward to affirming our union in an NLRB-facilitated election. #UnionStrong!
