Yes. It's called trespassing. Karmelo's presence on school property was a criminal act because he was suspended for brandishing a knife and barred from school property. Additionally, the tents were designated private spaces for each school, and Karmelo had no right to enter. He was double-trespassing, and stabbed one of the rightful occupants of the tent for telling him to leave. Not self-defense. Murder.

Is there a law forbidding Karmelo from entering under another persons tent at a sporting event?
