That 2023 to 2024 run Kharishma had with Babethe was something special. Bro, they gave us so many hits together, and I was genuinely hurt by what Babethe said about Kharishma after their fallout.

Ba Bethe Gashoazen signed with Sony in July 2025. He thought Sony cared about him & his music, not knowing that they wanted to silence him as one of the prominent Lekompo producers. Sony can't have Lekompo taking the shine away from Amapiano, which was what was happening before we lost our key pioneers like Shebeshxt & Kharishma. Ba Bethe lost relevance in the Lekompo scene the minute he sold his soul to Sony for few coins. I hope this is a lesson to some few upcoming Lekompo artists.
