Top 1%. Never thought I’d see the day. To be honest, I’ve never really been in the top 1% of anything. Not in school. Not in sports. Not in business—nothing. So, imagine my surprise when I made it to the top 1% on a platform filled with thousands of creators.

While building my law firm, I’ve learned this the hard way: Discipline by itself isn’t enough. I can push myself for a while… but without a clear direction, it gets exhausting. Things only started to feel better when I knew exactly what I was working toward.

One thing building my law firm is teaching me: My mood can’t decide how I work. Some days I don’t feel like showing up. But I still follow the plan. That’s what actually keeps things moving.

No one really talks about this when it comes to building a law firm: You still have to show up on the days that feel useless. I’ve had plenty of those. And strangely, those are the days that end up making the biggest difference later.

When you keep making the same mistake over and over and you keep complaining about it but not doing anything, people stop listening. Stop talking. Start acting.

Most skills can be bootstrapped in two focused weeks. Break the goal into tiny reps and learn by doing. Small steps beat big plans every time. The shortest path is action.

Are you organizing for now, or organizing for later? Try what I do. I add notes inside each project folder. Color codes used. Fonts installed. Plugins needed. If I come back in a year, I pick up where I left off.

Tomorrow's me doesn't need perfection today. He needs consistency. Another hour invested. Another skill sharpened. Another day shown up. That's how he wins.

Your habits vote daily for the person you’re becoming. You can’t talk your way into a new identity. You have to rehearse it. What you repeat, you become.

Stop asking "What if I fail?" And start asking "What if I don't try?" Because the regret of not trying is worse than the pain of failing

You don’t have to be the best speaker to close. Ask for their most expensive problem. Show how you can solve it. Keep it simple. Keep it to the point.

You consume too much information. Not too little. The average person reads dozens of articles a week. Applies nothing. Stop reading about doing the thing. Start doing the thing. More input will not fix an output problem.
