All these stem from an INSTRUCTION by the President to Rhoode to deal with the matter. Finally, the IPID report was finalised in 2023. With its damning findings against Rhoode, he is STILL the Head of the Presidential Protection Unit. There is no way the President would not have know about the IPID investigation & it’s findings. The President retaining Rhoode in the position after such criminally damning findings, adds to the President’s complicity!!
