i think what people might be missing? obscuring? is that KH is currently part of the biden-harris administration that is actively sending bombs right now, and should be pressured to stop it right now, in addition to what she pledges to do in the future as president

in the meantime the rest of CUNY is literally in shambles. elevators broken for years at a time, rats, mold, water damage, poor ventilation. and yet the BoT can allocate *millions* of dollars for urgent expenses when it comes to policing students!

It has to be assured that the workers who likely died in the bridge collapse “are all hard-working, humble men” because their humanity in this country is only worth their output. Their existence has to be justified even in such horrific undeserved circumstances.

Our unions should be giving every shop steward a CO2 air quality monitor and at the very least every unionized workplace should have air quality dashboards like CDC Director’s charter school kids do for their classrooms. Instead the @AFLCIO won’t say “Masks” or even suggest PPE

And yeah, we live in @CMShahanaHanif district and I voted to spend $350,000 to plant 100 trees. I would prefer she just voted against giving NYPD billions and defunding our child’s public school.

Construction value is not the measure of the success of a city or its mayor. Residents can't eat and drink new construction. They aren't educated by it. It doesn't lift them out of poverty. It doesn't put fluoride in the water or take lead out of it. And it doesn't pay the rent.
