It has historically used the Purcell doctrine to ensure that courts aren't meddling in elections, and yet this court felt comfort in doing so.

Yes - I wear a bra to work becuase of societal norms that I actually don’t disagree with! Sometimes, we have to do that. Women, especially.

FYI for the stupid people asking why Democrats didn't codify Roe v Wade - the Voting Rights Act was codified in 1965. George Bush signed the Voting Rights Act reauthorization in 2006. The Supreme Court destroyed the Voting Rights Act anyway. Stop voting for Republicans.

@OgLakyn Why do people keep blaming President Obama for not using his short filibuster-proof majority to codify Roe v. Wade? A lawsuit would've been filed ASAP. Codified doesn't make it "superlaw" that can't be reversed. Remember the Voting Rights Act was gutted. Dobbs was filed in 2018.
