Long-term outcome of DOACs & warfarin in CTEPH pts remain unclear. The investigators in the Japanese prospective nationwide CTEPH registry revealed that DOACs are as effective as warfarin with a lower risk of clinically relevant bleeding. @CTEPH_Registry bit.ly/43jAzOT
