I didn’t perform my stretch after my last post because life typically got in the way. I’ve come to accept that forcing my behaviour change is only ever going to make it feel like a chore, it needs to happen effortlessly and by choice in order for me to remain interested. #MARK320
Just did my first ‘ballet body’ workout class with my friend!! Feeling so good after and I’ve already booked some more classes! Kickstart 2.0????? #mark320
As mid-term break comes close and final assessments/exams arise, I have found it hard to fight through my stress and devote time to my behaviour change. Tomorrow is a new day! time to be accountable! I’ll be posting a time-lapse tomorrow as evidence I got there 😊👊🏽 #MARK320
I've felt incredibly flustered with all the uni I have to do. If my Behaviour Change has taught me one thing, it is that it grounds my thoughts and decreases my stress. A 20-minute stretch has already brought me back with an open mind and the confidence to crush today 👊#MARK320
Although I tend to feel guilty not attending a HIIT class, I understand how important it is to listen to your body and rest when needed. This morning I replaced my workout with a guided yoga full body stretch and it has me feeling equally as fulfilled and satisfied😇 #MARK320

This is what I followed this morning - very simple but proved extremely effective!
Yoga is especially new to me, I have never given it a chance until now😮I can barely touch my toes! I am excited to see my progress over the next few weeks! 😅
Applying a head-to-toe stretch and basic yoga poses has not only relieved areas of muscle tightness, but allowed me to mentally slow down. I feel not only will this behaviour change have an extraordinary impact on my physical health, but largely on my mental well-being. #MARK320
I have just arrived home after my routined HIIT session. Today, I am taking an extra 10 minutes to focus on my recovery and ensuring my muscles are well stretched! #MARK320
