Nearly 37 years ago, 3 July 1988, a US Navy Warship that was illegally in Iranian waters shot down an Iran air passager flight to Dubai, killing everyone on board. They never apologised. No one was ever punished. My Grandfather was sadly a passenger & HE DESERVED BETTER.

In late Ottoman Palestine, Jews & Muslims used to exchange gifts on the last day of Passover this week.
Palestinian Muslims gifted their Jewish friends a round copper bowl, laden w/fresh bread, goats’ butter & honey.
Jews gifted back the same copper bowl w/matzot & home-made jam.
Thanks to Zionism, a majority of Jews in Israel (68%) refuse to live in the same building as a Muslim Palestinian (2006 poll. Today the % is likely much higher) let alone exchange gifts with them. haaretz.com/2006-03-22/ty-…

this is insane. A day after their stealth edit removal of an "Iranian source" telling them that they want Iran to be "levelled" and nuked, the BBC has added a note admitting they removed it, and that the quote was fabricated. But they still kept the "source" in the piece. Ghoncheh Habibiazad is their Senior Reporter on Iran, and needs to be fired immediately for having fabricated a quote to justify and launder the nuking of Iran right as Trump is threatening it. Raffi Berg, who is the editor of their Middle-East coverage and approved this fabrication also needs to be fired. Minimal journalistic standards and ethics demand this.

holy shit, the BBC just edited the passage from their anonymous "Iranian source" and removed the begging for being left without electricity, water and being nuked to death. So they admitted to fabricating the quote without any formal correction. This is utterly insane
