UPDATE: With just weeks left before Ugandans head to the polls, 1,640 election constables have passed out in Koboko after 10 days of intensive training. The recruits were drawn from Koboko, Maracha, and Terego districts. The Regional Police Commander for the West Nile Region, Latif Zaake, said no cases of recruit desertion were recorded.
