This firmly excludes Russia as culprit. ii) Attack on Zhaporizhie NPP (ZNPP) turbine building on May 30 occurred during fallout winds & concomitant precipitation twds Rostov — again firmly ruling out Russia as culprit. iii) On Feb 13 '25 ‐ during first talks between Presidents Trump and Putin, a drone destroyed the CNPP New Safe Radn. Shield resulting in loss of radiation protection. The attack occurred during fallout winds twds Moscow — again ruling out Russia as culprit. iv) The consequential radiation leak of Rad Shield at CNPP wasn't communicated by @iaeaorg for months until *after* US coerced IAEA and Iran (w RU & CN) in Sept to drop a resolution sanctioning warcrime attacks on nuclear installations. v) On April 4, US/Israel carried out exactly an attack of this type on NPP Bushehr, synchronised w incipient rain & RU Rosatom staff departure. Who do you think dared to publish radiation reports after Bushehr's Chief Met Officer was previously assassinated on March 23 — "World Meteorological Day" All these events constitute war crimes as per Rome Stat. Art8 & Gen. Conv. Art 55, 56 & are "Acts of Nucl. Terrorism" as per 18 USC2332i with US Congress inaction ibid. (a) (3) "Conspiracy". And finally — last not least : In Spring '22 you expressed concern that at ZNPP "a few hundred kg nuclear weapon grade material" could be going missing, implying its prior existence. Why does Ukraine, a "non-nuclear weapon state" possess "a few hundred kg" weapon grade material (90% enriched), the same or higher amount than Iran's 441kg 60% enriched Uranium that is considered a "casus belli" against Iran? This blatantly violates the NPT non-discrimin. principle. Most importantly, however, also as per @iaeaorg, there were 30t Pu in ZNPP *before* Feb 24, 2022. As ZNPP produces under reg. operation just 0.6t Pu per year, these 30t Pu couldn't have been produced during the entire lifetime of ZNPP. Who produced it and/or brought it there? Why did @iaeaorg stay silent in 2021? You must be aware that '96 Budapest Memo. had §5 (written during IAEA's existence) stating "RF, UK and US reaffirm, in the case of Ukraine, the commitment not to use nuclear weapons against any non nuclear weapons state NPT-party EXCEPT in the case of an attack on themselves, their territories or dependent territories, their armed forces, or their allies, by such a state in association or alliance with a nuclear-weapon State." Note that this includes *conventional* attacks in association with a nuclear weapons state. In light of the above, it is justified to raise the question whether Russia's reaction on Feb 24 '22 was the only remaining option to avoid worldwide open nuclear war, after US canceled INF Treaty in '19 following RAND advice. In fact, it is established beyond the shadow of a doubt that apart from above attacks on NPPs, covert nuclear attacks were subsequently exclusively carried out by US and/or its allies: A low yield "mini-nuke" destroyed Nordstream and was also dropped on Tartus, Syria. Scientific proof is based on overwhelming number of geophys. evidences — each of them at variance with the scientifically absurd and unbased claims of exclusive use of conventional explosives. Nuke on Tartus on Dec 15 '24 (UTC) was dropped during Israeli airstrikes, a Rome St Art8 warcrime & "Act of Nuclear Terrorism" as per 18 USC §2332i. This either entails triggering Glenn's Amendment of US AECA— or in case of US culpability, requires immediate action of US Congress. Failure to do so is ibid. (a)(3) "Conspiracy". Israel operates the most well-documented network of rape dungeons on earth. @AliAbunimah: "I want to contrast that with what the same UN Secretary General's report says about the sexual violence against Palestinians. The headline finding from his report to the security council is that the UN actually verified conflict related sexual violence including rape and torture by Israeli forces against 31 Palestinians from Gaza in the West Bank. The victims were 14 men, 7 women, 9 boys and 1 girl. The crimes that the UN verified included and this is going to be very graphic. I warn people in advance: Rape, rape with objects, gang rape, attempted rape, forced nudity, threats of rape, unwanted touching of breasts and genitals, genital violence, targeted shooting of the genitals, and strip and cavity searches without apparent justification. Rape and gang rape, sometimes repeated, were verified against 9 victims, most of them from Gaza. The perpetrators identified by the UN include the Israeli army, the Israel prison service, its Keter special forces, and Yamam, the police counter terrorism unit. These abuses took place mainly during detention and interrogation at prisons and detention sites including Etzion, Megiddo, Offer, Ramla, Hasharon, and the Gushkon police station. The victims included journalists and human rights defenders. Some of the violations were filmed or photographed, including one rape. Men and boys were subjected to rape, attempted rape, and genital violence. 5 male victims suffered severe rectal bleeding or swelling for days or weeks, in some cases without medical treatment. So this is what the UN's report says about the 31 cases and it stresses that these are 31 cases that it verified but that there are many many more cases, where there are strong allegations that it could not yet verify, and that is, again, largely due to obstruction by Israel because Israel refuses to allow uh UN access to its detention centers or to allow investigators into Gaza where many of those detainees were released back after lengthy detention. And again, this is entirely consistent with other independent reporting which is all based on firsthand accounts and medical evidence such as the @EuroMedHR report I mentioned which contains utterly horrific firsthand accounts. We've written about that as well. And you find nothing analogous on the Israeli side. Absolutely nothing analogous. you find these vague uh uh accusations, these very uh sweeping general statements, but no really specific well documented cases. @briebriejoy: "I think that it is so important that you did what you just did...."
