People moaning about wanting more from #Adolescence need to grow up. It wasnt meant to be a plot twist esque drama. It was made to create conversations about parenting, the way we treat youngsters and how different the world is for them compared to our childhood.

1 set. 2 main actors. No cgi, no music score , no fancy camera cuts. Just brillliant screenwriting and astonishing acting skills. This is pure cinema. #adolescence #adolescenceep3

I’m still thinking about #Adolescence this morning. Ep 3 was so impactful but no-one’s talking about the guard who kept following Briony around, bothering her, whilst she’s trying to do her job. Another example of intimidating male behaviour that is so subtle it gets ignored.
