@JayantBhandari5 china i,ve heard a bit corrupt as well ,maybe for locals only

@JayantBhandari5 @satbjai What happens to those who can’t afford to pay bribes.

China is my 61st country 🇨🇳 I’ve spent 2 days in Chengdu and here’s what amazed me: - Panda-land. Pandas are everywhere- on buildings, souvenirs, water bottles, cakes, sculptures. - Nicest people ever - very friendly, smiling and giving compliments. Trying to help as much as they can. Genuinely happy to see foreigners - Though, the most annoying taxi drivers at the airport. Got offered a ride “cheaper than Didi” 100 times on my way to my actual Didi - Awesome shopping! They have a shopping mall adjacent to the temple made in the same style. Some buildings are preverced. - Sales people follow your every step, pretty uncomfortable at first but very helpful. - People do speak English!!! This makes life so much easier as a foreigner with zero Chinese - Strong tea culture and very cool tea. houses - from small local ones, to converted factories, to Michelin stars. - Very tasty and rich cuisine. Love how locals are amused when I’m eating spicy and staying ok - Almost not using aircons anywhere, though it’s very hot and humid outside. - Serving warm water, but I noticed this everywhere in China. It’s connected to keeping the energy of fire/life in the body.
