I can only hope the two champions take a minute to reflect the role Sepp has had in their path to the top. Neither one has won a grand tour without Sepp at their side. I truly hope they honor that in supporting him in the stage tomorrow.

@higdonmarathon I'm slow so I find my marathon pace ends up being my long run pace, regardless of any pace or speedwork I do in other workouts. I.e I train for 10min mi w. 10:30-11min/mi long runs easy pace. Race day I end up running 10:30min/mi. Thoughts?

Do long runs 30-90 seconds per mile or more slower than the pace planned for the marathon. Notice that I said, “or more,” meaning I really do not care how slowly you run as long as you cover the distance. Do any pace training on days with shorter distances. #RunWithHal #LongRuns
